Shoes For Care
This need was brought to us by our church member Cecilia Chavez, who works with housing insecure high schoolers in Orange County. She has asked the community to help by donating money, gift cards, or sneakers to supply the students she assists with shoes. She helps over 5000+ students! Below are places you can shop to purchase shoes and/or gift cards. If you'd like to donate money, please click this here and type "shoes" in the designated area so we can allocate the funds appropriately. Thank you for donating to this cause.

Blessing of the Animals
Every year, Harbor Community hosts a Blessing of the Animals where we give thanks and honor the furry friends that God has given us. 2022 was the first year we started offering resources to pet owners and taking donations to help all the animals who are without a loving home. Here are some organizations in the Orange County area that assist pet owners.

The Wetlands & Wildlife Care Center is dedicated to the rehabilitation and release of injured and orphaned native wildlife. The center is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In the event of a petroleum spill, our trained volunteers are on a 24-hour call to respond to aid California wildlife.

We are a non-profit, no-kill pet rescue operating out of multiple adoption centers. All animals are rescued from various circumstances and are in our care until they are adopted by their new forever families! We are a donation-based organization and rely heavily on community support and private donations to help us continue to save animals in need!

I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is all about heart and we have some of the biggest hearts around! I.C.A.R.E. was founded in the Fall of 2010 and quickly gained the reputation of helping and rescuing dogs that no one else would help. Our rescue efforts are not limited by how sick a dog in need might be. If a dog needs us, we’ll be there!

OC Animal Care promotes: responsible pet ownership; health and safety of people and animals and spay/neuter programs. OC Animal Care provides temporary shelter and medical care for "lost" owned or stray animals and opportunities for adoption of these animals. OC Animal Care houses and provides medical care for impounded dogs, cats and exotic animals.

Tiny Paws and Whiskersâ„¢ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization founded by friends and fosters Sherrie Dennehy and Teresa Ramos based in Orange County, CA, serving Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.

OCSP Cat Rescue is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, no-kill cat rescue, focusing on saving cats from high-kill shelters. We are 100% volunteer-run and heavily rely on foster homes to save cats. OCSP Cat Rescue is dedicated to finding the perfect pair for each cat and adopter so that everyone lives happily furrever after.

This organization is the product of the hard work and dedication of a group of individuals united by our love for animals and the belief that we can and should do something to improve their treatment in the world. In Southern California, countless dogs, cats and other animals end up in shelters or out on the streets daily. They are abandoned or discarded for any number of reasons, but the volunteers of A Pawsitive Approach believe that this can and must change!

At Reptile Rescue Mission Viejo, we take a fresh approach. We have a wide variety of animals, and all the food and supplies they need to be happy, healthy pets. Just step inside our doors and you’ll enter a true pet lover's paradise.

We are a animal networking service. If you need help re-homing your pet, you've found an animal or need help and don't know what to do, we can direct you to the right resources. If you are able to keep your pet until an adopter is found, we can help you network your spayed/neutered animal and provide you with helpful re-homing tips and an adoption contract. If you want to foster an animal, you can fill out our foster application and we'll pass it to shelters that need help.
